Co-FounderWith a decade of experience as a Red Beret Paratrooper in the military, I have undergone rigorous physical and mental training at the highest standards. This period of my life honed my discipline, resilience, and leadership skills, which were further strengthened by the dynamic and demanding nature of the military environment. After 10 years, I transitioned to an office job, where I personally experienced the physical and mental challenges that come with desk-based work, from discomfort and fatigue to the pressures of burnout. Observing colleagues around me suffer from similar issues further motivated me to find a solution.
Drawing on my background in high-performance training, I decided to shift my focus to helping others improve their wellbeing in the workplace. As a trainer and coach at Nike EHQ, I now have the privilege of supporting individuals in overcoming these challenges, empowering them to perform at their best every day. My mission is to bring the same dedication and excellence I cultivated in the military to corporate environments, fostering healthier, more balanced, and more productive employees.
