Who can join the on-site sessions?
Everyone with a body can join our DeskFit sessions. Our on-site expert makes sure that everyone is able to enjoy our routines!
Do I require any specific gear?
No. Our sessions are tailored towards people who work in the office. That means we take into account the clothing you wear for your everyday obligations. However, tight fitting tailored suits or short skirts are not recommended to wear during our sessions.
What if I can’t join an on-site session?
No worries, we’ve got you covered! Beside on-site sessions, we’ve build an extensive library with excercises, routines and expert-advice. With access to this library there is always something for you to explore. And the good thing is: you don’t even need to be in the office to do so!
Do I require multiple sessions to feel the benefits?
No. Usually one expert-led session is enough to experience relief. If you want to increase the effects of our DeskFit routines however, check out our library to help you incorporate healthy habits in your daily routine! For maximum effect we can schedule recurring on-site sessions for the best possible results.
